totally amazing experience!
great selection amazing service great leadership beautiful dishes
this resort? oh my gosh, i'm still buzzing! i stayed eight days, and it was fantastic. the staff made it extra special, seriously! saffron's breakfast was very nice. dwight and clare recommended perfect treats for me. azure beach club? mitch and albert were great, such awesome happy hours there! the enye experience? tuna was divine. i ended up going twice. that's high praise from me!
the body treatment prices at the spa were a bit high. i still enjoyed it but thought i should mention it.

the rooms are very clean. each room included extra towels, gowns, slippers, and bathroom amenities for each guest. comfy bedding is provided in all rooms. the rooms have comfortable beds.

the resort has beautiful landscaped grounds. the bottomless ice cream at the poolside deli was great. the pool foam party created a fantastic vibe, and i really enjoyed the on-site watersports. there are multiple pools and a kids play facility.

generous size clean room nice pool
the size of my room was generous , very clean. the pool was nice , especially at night because of the glow in the lighting. it included a list of activities via a note left at the door.
breakfast was cheaper if included with your room reservation , i found out too late.

a super stay
friendly staff family friendly amenities prompt housekeeping
i enjoyed the villa design. it had family friendly amenities. the staff was warm, friendly, and always tried to assist. housekeeping were prompt and attentive. i liked free cocktails, drinks, and canapes in the afternoon.
the villa pool was not maintained well. my stepson stepped on glass shards. he had a bleeding wound. the resort refunded one night of our villa upgrade.

the room included two double beds. a tv were non-working. the noisy shower vent was noted. the bed was not even a double bed.

i checked in at 1:45 pm straight from the airport. i was told that the check-in time is 3 pm. i was assured i would be messaged once the room was ready.
